Construction Activities During September

•Structural steel completed with Topping Off Ceremony

•Community Wing interior foundations

•Under slab utility work continued in Community Wing

•Community Wing slab on deck poured on 2^nd floor

•Community Wing roofing work began

•Academic Wing interior metal framing and MEP rough installations continued on 1^st/2^nd floor

•Academic Wing exterior vapor barrier and masonry began

•Geothermal horizontal connections and testing started

•Subgrade preparations for paving around the building

Upcoming Construction Activities in October

•Geothermal horizontal piping and vault installation

•Fine grading and binder for West/North roadways

•Academic Wing sheathing, AVB, and masonry to continue

•Community Wing exterior metal framing, sheathing, AVB, and blocking to begin. Roofing to continue

•Academic Wing Stair A structural steel installation

•Academic Wing interior metal framing and MEP rough installations to continue on 1^st/2^nd floor

•Community Wing under slab utilities to continue

•Gymnasium slab on grade to be poured
