Construction Activities During October

• Geothermal horizontal piping and vault installation

• Fine grading and binder for West/North roadways

• Academic Wing sheathing, AVB, and masonry continued

• Community Wing exterior metal framing, sheathing, AVB, and blocking began. Roofing continued

• Academic Wing Stair A structural steel installation

• Academic Wing interior metal framing and MEP rough installations continued on 1^st/2^nd floor

• Community Wing under slab utilities continued

• Gymnasium slab on grade was poured

Upcoming Construction Activities in November

• Subgrade/gravel East fields and paved area

• Generator pad installation

• Window installation at Academic Wing

• Roofing work to continue at high/low roofs on Community Wing

• Exterior metal framing, sheathing, AVB, masonry, and sunshade bracket installation to continue at Community Wing

• Overhead/in wall rough MEP and interior metal framing installation to continue in Academic and Community Wing

• Underground utilities complete and final slab on grade pours at Community Wing
